Contractor Opportunity: Campaign Project Manager (Advertising Operations)

Location: Onsite – New York City, NY and Los, Angeles, CA

Engagement Type: Contractor via Third-Party Supplier

About the Role

We're looking for a powerhouse operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves bringing complex campaigns, experiential activations, and partnership programs to life.

This role sits at the intersection of campaign execution, experiential marketing, creator ecosystems, and client partnership. You will own the end-to-end delivery of advertising programs and branded experiences, ensuring every workstream, stakeholder, deliverable, and timeline come together seamlessly.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building a project tracker, leading complex client calls, briefing agency partners, leading IRL activations, and troubleshooting issues in real time. You'll work across brands, agencies, creators, production vendors, internal cross functional teams, and senior stakeholders to bring Ad campaigns and experiences to market.

Above all, we're looking for someone who loves execution, communicates exceptionally well, and can keep many moving pieces organized without losing sight of the bigger picture.

This opportunity is open to individuals located in the New York City, Los Angeles, CA and surrounding areas.

The project hours of operations will Monday – Friday, in which candidate must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

Contractors will be engaged and paid by a third-party payroll supplier, BCforward, which will serve as the employer of record for tax and compliance purposes.

Key Responsibilities Core Duties
  • Manage end‑to‑end campaign execution from post‑sale handoff through launch
  • Build and maintain project timelines, tracking milestones and dependencies
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and clients to ensure campaign readiness
  • Identify risks, gaps, or delays and proactively drive resolution to keep campaigns on track
Deliverables or Project Scope
  • Lead campaign execution from post‑sale handoff through launch and completion
  • Own timelines, project plans, milestone tracking, and delivery schedules
  • Ensure all assets, approvals, and deliverables are collected, reviewed, and delivered on time
  • Identify risks early and proactively solve issues before they impact delivery
  • Create scalable processes, trackers, templates, and workflows that improve team efficiency
Collaboration Tools or Platforms
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Digital advertising and social media platforms (e.g., TikTok or similar)
  • Project management and asset tracking tools
  • Support the planning and execution of high-profile experiential activations, creator events, sponsorship programs, and tentpole moments
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field OR equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 3–6 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or campaign execution
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an agency, media, or social media adjacent environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven setting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting digital or social media advertising campaigns
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms
  • Prior client‑facing experience working with brands or agencies
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset

  • Equipment, training, and onboarding requirements will be provided or coordinated as applicable

This is a contractor role administered through a third-party payroll supplier. The supplier will determine compensation, benefits, and applicable employment policies. The contractor will not be eligible for employee benefits from Accenture.

Compensation Disclosure

Compensation for contractor roles supporting Accenture is determined by the contractor’s employer BCforward, and varies depending on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience.
