Job description

Position PurposeThis position is responsible for planning, writing, implementing and evaluating marketing plans that support corporate strategic initiatives. It works collaboratively with department colleagues, service line administrators and clinical staff to ensure high quality marketing strategies are developed and executed.
The Senior Marketing Business Partner reports to the Manager of Marketing, and possesses basic graphic design skills, a high degree of creativity, project and time management skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. In addition, this position is highly proficient at critical thinking, research and plan writing.
This role is an expert in marketing strategy, customer service, content and channel optimization, brand consistency, segmentation and localization, analytics and meaningful measurement.
This position must have the ability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends on occasion to participate in after-hours production work, events or focus groups Nature and Scope• Positively interact with departments and organization to develop and implement small to large scale marketing plans.
• Adheres to system and department compliance policies, and any and all applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain the highest level of marketing strategy, customer service and satisfaction when working with internal and external colleagues.
• Develop and write content to serve department objectives that is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, tone of voice and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including offline, online, social media, email, mobile, video, print and in-person.
• Work with team members to maintain the highest level of marketing strategy, customer service and satisfaction.
• Continually engage with team members to monitor the effectiveness of marketing strategies and find ways to achieve business and marketing objectives more efficiently and effectively, regularly communicating the results to marketing management.
• Define, evaluate and develop success metrics for measuring marketing plans. Compile data, analytics and project milestones to report on success metrics.
• Deepen the relationship with customers by creating communications that foster dialogue, and provide a richer experience - allowing customers to be closer to our brands by developing robust customer journeys that fit specific audiences.
• Possess independent judgement and the ability to prioritize and manage workflow and meet deadlines and budget targets, while handling a variety of details and follow through on projects with accuracy and timeliness.
