About the Job:
As a Project Manager, you'll own and manage client deliverables for an assigned brand, guiding development efforts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-friendly delivery. You'll advise on creative concept feasibility, plan resource assignments, and identify potential bottlenecks, proposing solutions to drive project success. You will maintain accurate and detailed administrative records, supporting agency processes and workflows.
A Day in the Life:
* Execute cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment, balancing requirements and resources to meet deadlines.
* Maintain dashboards and SharePoint sites to keep teams informed and up-to-date on project deliverables and timelines.
* Collaborate with HR disciplines, Corporate Communications, and other teams to ensure successful program execution and branding.
* Escalate issues promptly to resolve problems and ensure project success.
* Provide support and execution for ad hoc talent-related projects.
What you will need:
Bachelor's degree in any area of study (preferred), with 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Production, Marketing Operations, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat, with basic knowledge of project management and financial management tools.
Strong communication, organizational and financial aptitude skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
