We are hiring a Brand and Project Management Specialist to join our Sales, Marketing and Communications team!  In this role, you will be responsible for the development, management, and execution of marketing and advertising efforts for Erickson Senior Living’s corporate and community brand identities. You will also serve as the Project Management Office lead for important company initiatives, meetings, events and other large-scale projects.

Compensation:  $75,000 – 85,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus. 

How you will make an impact  

Brand Management

  • Actively participate in the continued execution of the Erickson Senior Living brand. 
  • Create and maintain a calendar of tactics to effectively execute the plan.
  • Manage all aspects of our intranet’s Brand Management Center (BMC)
  • Work with key stakeholders in design, communications, and operations to review and revise Brand Style Guide on an annual basis.
  • Ensure that all branded materials (OFT files, logo files, letterhead, templates, etc) are up-to-date.
  • Review and respond to all BMC inquiries; consult with production and other appropriate teams to fulfill requests in a timely manner.
  • Act as lead on all brand reviews of marketing and advertising materials developed by the Sales, Marketing, and Communications department.
  • Provide timely feedback to the Strategy and Creative Marketing teams when brand-related revisions are required/suggested for marketing and advertising materials.

Project Management

  • Serve as the project management office (PMO) lead for high-priority, enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Lead the planning and coordination of key corporate events and leadership forums.
  • Using Workfront, develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate the development of executive-level presentations, reports, and communications for leadership and board audiences.

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Proven knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions related to advertising and marketing
