Advertising Sales Executive - Green Bay

Midwest Communications, Inc in Green Bay, WI is seeking an Advertising Sales Executive. As our Advertising Sales Executive you will be responsible for developing and maintaining advertising relationships with local and regional businesses by providing integrated marketing solutions across radio, digital, and event platforms. This role focuses on prospecting new business, growing existing accounts, and delivering measurable results for clients through strategic media planning.ย 

The radio stations you will be working with may include WIXX (101.1), WNCY/Y100 (100.3), WTAQ (97.5), WGEE/Duke FM (93.5), WYDR/Jack FM (94.3), & WNFL (99.7)


**Pay for this role will be a semi-monthly draw pay + monthly commission**

$45,000-$60,000 based on experience


As our Advertising Sales Executive, you will...

Prospect, develop, and maintain new and existing advertising accounts.

Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand business goals and target audiences.

Create and present customized advertising and marketing solutions utilizing radio, digital, and promotional platforms.

Prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and close sales to meet or exceed revenue goals.

Collaborate with programming, production, and digital teams to ensure effective campaign execution.

Maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecasts, and client communications in the CRM system.

Provide ongoing account management, including campaign performance reviews and renewal recommendations.

Have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Have previous sales experience in media or advertising salesย

Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and be able to work independently.

Have a valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation.
