Job Description:

Capital NYC is seeking a motivated and dynamic Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our team in Miami, FL. This role is ideal for a driven individual looking to start a career in sales and grow with a leading company in the industry. The Sales Assistant will support our sales team, engage with clients, and contribute to the achievement of our sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with daily activities and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.
  • Support the sales team in achieving their targets and KPIs.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and sales events.
  • Prepare sales reports and analysis for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
