This entry-level role is designed to support our Account Executives by generating leads, setting appointments, and initiating conversations with aviation companies. The BDR role is a launchpad for a future Account Executive position, offering hands-on experience in sales development and client engagement.

What You’ll Do:

  • Cold Calling & Outreach: Make daily outbound calls to aviation companies to introduce JSfirm.com and generate interest in our advertising solutions.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify potential clients, gather information on their hiring needs, and qualify leads for the Account Executive team.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule Google Meet presentations for Account Executives to showcase our platform and services.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach, lead status, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and support ongoing sales efforts.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and hiring challenges within aviation to better understand client needs.
