EVR Advertising is a full-service marketing agency based in Manchester, New Hampshire, serving clients across a variety of industries with strategic, creative and results-driven marketing solutions. The Account Coordinator is an early career position in Account Services. They provide support to the account team in the senior living vertical to ensure effective/efficient account operations, providing solid and dependable support across all facets of the business. The position is a first step into account management and requires solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables at the same time, while exemplifying enthusiasm and a can-do attitude within a complex and dynamic agency culture.

The ideal candidate is ambitious, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with a passion and skillset focused on account management, social media strategy, storytelling and delivering high-quality work.

Job Functions

  • Provides overall team operational support
  • Work on marketing strategy and planning projects relating to assigned clients
  • Open and manage jobs in project management system
  • Work with production and creative to develop timelines
  • Guide production jobs through the agency
  • Schedule and prepare for internal and external meetings
  • Write and mange weekly status reports
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all activities on the clientโ€™s behalf and prepare project status reports to client as needed
  • Maintain clear and effective communications with internal staff and clients
  • Handle coordination and review of monthly social media calendars, including community requests, assets and content
  • Grow as an agency professional through education, stretching skill sets, celebrating successes and learning from mistakes
  • Maintain a commitment to the ongoing Improvement of presentation skills

Must Haves:

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field is strongly preferred
  • 1+ year(s) work experience OR 1+ internships in an advertising agency or marketing department strongly preferred
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to learn the advertising business
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization and time management
  • The ability to multi-task between multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and industry trends
  • Ability to work closely with and build confidence amongst co-workers
