Job description

TEAM MEMBER
JOB SUMMARY
Team Members at Urban Air are responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring guest safety, and assisting with various operational duties depending on their role (e.g., monitoring courts, managing front desk activities, hosting parties, or working in the café). Applicants must have reliable transportation and be able to work at least one shift Monday-Thursday and two shifts Friday-Sunday. Roles involve engaging with guests, sometimes including children and families, to ensure a fun and safe experience.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • High energy with excellent customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required.
  • Cash handling experience is beneficial.
  • Physical endurance or being athletic-minded is encouraged due to the nature of the work, but all team members must perform to a high standard regardless.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team.
  • Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and first aid can be advantageous.
  • Minimum age requirement is 16 years or older
