About Us
Advanced Servo Technologies specializes in servo motor, servo drive, robotic, and proportional valve repair. We help factories across the country save 40–70% versus buying new parts while delivering faster turnaround than most OEMs.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new accounts in manufacturing, automation, CNC, robotics, and heavy industry
- Present repair vs. replace cost savings to decision makers
- Build long-term relationships with plant maintenance teams
- Quote repairs and manage the full sales cycle
- Work closely with our technical team on complex repair solutions
- Attend industry trade shows and visit customer facilities
- Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of industrial / technical sales experience (preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude or understanding of motors, drives, robotics, or automation
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally (some overnight travel may be required)
Assets:
- Experience selling to manufacturing plants or industrial customers
- Technical background in servo motors, robotics (Fanuc, ABB, etc.), or hydraulics
