Job description

Estimator/Project Manager
Holland Roofing Group, LLC. One of the largest commercial roofing companies in the United States with locations throughout the nation is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager for its Florence, KY office.
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
  • Estimating and bidding projects with a complete and comprehensive review of project plans, specifications, and public bid documents.
  • Complete and all-inclusive quantitative take-off of the project plans and review the specification codes and other related system requirements.
  • Secure pricing and communicate and analyze project labor requirements for a complete and accurate estimate for the project.
  • Build and maintain strong communication, both written and verbal, with project managers, customers, architects, consultants, vendors, etc.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings for reroofing projects.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the various roof manufacturers' system requirements and assemblies.

Job Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is required.
  • Computer knowledge and intermediate to advanced proficiency required including Outlook and Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • AutoCAD LT is a plus
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, along with basic knowledge of algebra and geometry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for use in dealing with customers, architects, consultants, and field personnel is essential.
  • Commercial roofing knowledge is a plus
