  • Support the development, optimization, and documentation of manufacturing and process integration steps throughout the product development lifecycle, from laboratory-scale experimentation through pilot manufacturing and production readiness.
  • Execute process development activities involving advanced capacitor technologies, semiconductor backend processes, embeddedcomponenttechnologies, organic dielectric materials, metals, wet and dry processing methods, soldering, and PCB/substrate fabrication processes.
  • Plan, set up, execute, monitor, and document engineering trials and experiments to evaluate process performance, material interactions, equipment capability, and product requirements.
  • Collect, organize, analyze, and communicateprocess, equipment, metrology, yield, and reliability data to support engineering decisions, process improvements, and product development milestones.
  • Developandmaintainprocess documentation, work instructions, experimental plans, maintenance procedures, run logs, engineering reports, qualification documentation, and lessons learned.
  • Operate,maintain, troubleshoot, and improve R&D equipment through routine setup, preventive maintenance, calibration verification, process qualification activities, and basic repair support.
  • Participatein root cause investigations related to process variation, equipment performance, defects, yield loss, and reliability concerns using structured problem-solving methodologies and data-driven analysis.
  • Developand implement process metrics, inspection methods, and metrology plans to evaluate individual process performance and integrated product requirements.
  • Supportfabrication, assembly, processing, inspection, testing, and evaluation of prototypes, engineering samples, fixtures, tooling, and development lots used for process development activities.
  • Collaboratewith technicians, operations personnel, quality engineers, product development teams, equipment suppliers, material vendors, contract manufacturers, and external service providers to support developmentobjectivesand technology commercialization efforts.
  • Assistwith the development of process flows, technology transfer to manufacturing, and implementation of cost, quality, throughput, and yield improvements.
  • Followall applicable safety requirements, quality standards, laboratory procedures, engineering change processes, and documentation control systems while actively developing technical knowledge and engineering skills.

Proficiencywith CAD modeling and engineering drawing creation, including design for manufacturability and development of fixtures, tooling, and test equipment to support R&D activities.

Experience supporting the complete prototype development cycle from concept and CAD design through fabrication, assembly, testing, and iterative improvement using 3D printing, CNC machining, and conventional machine shop equipment.

Data analysisskillswithstrongwritten and oral presentation skills.
