Standard Job Description Lockheed Martin is seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the Advanced Programs Product Center Manufacturing Engineering team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you'll guide a talented group of Manufacturing Engineers supporting cuttingedge programs and IRAD efforts from early concept development through initial production readiness. You'll champion producibility, drive execution excellence, and help integrate breakthrough manufacturing approaches across multiple evolving product lines.

You'll be at the forefront of transforming how we build-leading the adoption of modelbased practices and enabling a seamless digital thread from concept to delivery. Your work will directly influence how emerging technologies and advanced production strategies take shape across the enterprise. As a key technical leader, you'll collaborate with Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Production Operations, Advanced Manufacturing Technology, Suppliers, Customers, and senior functional leaders.

You'll ensure alignment on objectives, strengthen crossfunctional communication, and proactively identify and brief risks to program success. You will lead a highperforming team of Manufacturing Engineers as you shape how advanced products come to life. In this role, you'll be at the heart of innovation-engineering new designs and building smart, agile production systems in a fastpaced, highly collaborative environment.

You'll guide your team in creating cuttingedge manufacturing processes, layouts, and workflows for complex assemblies, equipment installations, fabrication operations, and material handling. Beyond the factory floor, you'll drive seamless integration across MFC production sites and programs-establishing modern concepts of operation and empowering engineering teams to partner closely with site SMEs on modelbased DfX assessments. This is your opportunity to be a champion for emerging technology.

You'll accelerate the adoption of automation, additive manufacturing, robotics, and advanced computeraided manufacturing tools to unlock higher producibility, greater efficiency, reduced cost, and elevated quality. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an associated discipline or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Manufacturing Engineering Experience Prior experience in a leadership capacity Experience with development programs & transitioning development programs to production Experience in design for manufacturing / assembly or design to cost Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance Ability to lead cross functional teams Demonstrated effective communication skills including verbal, listening, technical writing and presentations Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, including team building, collaboration and developing enduring business relationships Ability to liaison between LM Subcontractors, internal disciplines, and Production Operations Ability to build positive relationships with the customers Desired Skills Experience with Design for Automation & Automation of Manufacturing processes Knowledge & Experience of Additive Manufacturing processes, materials, & application Familiarity with Systems Engineering approach Experience with Model Based Engineering Proposals / estimating and Earned Value Management System Cost Account Manager experience Experience working with Government customers Knowledge of Windchill PLM Knowledge of the SAP MRP production control system Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
