Requirements
General Job Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT)
  • Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program
  • Active or eligibility for medical licensure in the state of Ohio
