Work Environment

You will be based on-site at our surgical center, working closely with a team of experienced ENT physicians and allied healthcare professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment. Our usual clinic hours run from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, where you will conduct appointments and surgeries. Additionally, while on-call responsibilities exist on a rotating basis, we ensure that your schedule promotes a healthy work-life balance and allows for effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients presenting with a variety of ENT conditions, including detailed medical histories and physical examinations.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and methods to determine patient conditions accurately and develop integrated treatment plans that encompass both nonsurgical and surgical approaches.
  • Perform ENT surgical procedures such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, and sinus surgeries, demonstrating expertise in using the latest surgical techniques and technologies to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Prescribe and manage medications and therapies tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring the alleviation of symptoms and promotion of optimal health.
  • Collaborate with a diverse array of healthcare professionals, including audiologists and speech-language pathologists, to devise comprehensive care plans for our patients.
  • Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive measures, fostering their active involvement in the healthcare process.
  • Maintain precise electronic medical records, documenting patient information and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care and regulatory compliance.
  • Stay informed of the latest advancements in the field of otolaryngology through participation in professional development activities, including conferences and workshops.
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards while ensuring patient confidentiality and quality of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an ENT Physician at Huntington Healthcare, you will serve a diverse patient population, treating individuals of all ages with a wide spectrum of ear, nose, and throat ailments. Qualifications
  • Your qualifications should include a valid medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of an accredited residency program in Otolaryngology is required.
