Job description

Job Summary/Company:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the development of sophisticated electrical systems from initial concept through production. This position combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, requiring someone who enjoys solving complex design challenges, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with customers in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a strong systems mindset, proven leadership experience, and the ability to support work in a security-conscious environment. Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical direction for the design, integration, validation, and deployment of advanced electrical hardware and systems across multiple engineering efforts.
  • Lead complex engineering investigations, resolve technical issues, and help establish effective development processes while supporting projects from concept through production.
  • Collaborate with customers, project teams, and executive leadership while mentoring junior engineers and driving successful technical execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related discipline) with 7+ years of progressively responsible experience developing complex electrical systems.
  • Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary engineering efforts, performing system-level integration and testing, and delivering solutions in dynamic, evolving environments.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance; previous experience supporting government or defense programs and an active clearance are highly desirable.

Pay Range: Salary $160,000.00 to $200,000.00
