Job Summary
The Electrical Technician V is a senior-level position that represents the pinnacle of expertise in the field of electrical technology.   • Project Leadership: Lead and manage major electrical projects of significant scope and complexity, from initial planning and design to execution, commissioning, and ongoing optimization. Oversee project teams, allocate resources, and ensure projects meet all objectives.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth expertise in specific electrical technologies or systems, such as high-voltage systems, renewable energy systems, advanced automation and controls, or specialized instrumentation.   • Maintenance Strategy and Reliability: Develop and execute complex and highly effective maintenance strategies, including predictive and condition-based maintenance, to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance costs. Oversee reliability-centered maintenance programs.
  • Safety Leadership: Serve as a safety authority within the organization, ensuring that all electrical maintenance activities strictly adhere to the most stringent safety protocols and guidelines. Foster a culture of unwavering commitment to safety.
  • Documentation and Analytics: Maintain meticulous records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and inventory management. Leverage advanced analytics to extract valuable insights for continual improvement and decision-making.
