• Provide comprehensive medical treatment for a variety of dermatological ailments, utilizing your training and expertise under the supervision of licensed physicians.
• Document patient interactions meticulously in accordance with company protocols—charting treatment plans and progress notes for review by the supervising physician.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to coordinate high-quality patient care, facilitating smooth communication pathways between all staff members.
• Assist management with analyzing workflow challenges, demonstrating the ability to identify issues proactively and develop effective solutions.
• Regularly evaluate and recommend improvements to existing clinical methods to enhance both patient outcomes and operational efficiencies.
• Educate clinical staff regarding company policies and ensure adherence to safety and ethical practices within the workplace.
• Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and quality assurance in all medical practices.
• Facilitate communication of staff and patient feedback to leadership for continual improvement.
• Contribute to business development initiatives alongside administrative staff to maintain and grow our client base.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including maintaining affiliations with relevant medical organizations.

As a Physician Assistant, you will be directly involved in the care of diverse patient populations seeking dermatological solutions ranging from aesthetic enhancements to medical dermatology needs. Our clients vary from individuals seeking cosmetic procedures to patients with complex skin conditions, allowing you to enhance your clinical acumen across a wide spectrum of dermatological issues.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field is required.
• Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) is mandatory.
• A valid Texas state license is necessary, along with current BLS and ACLS certification.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in dermatology, is preferred.

• Demonstrated clinical experience in a dermatology practice is preferred, particularly in performing injection techniques for Botox and dermal fillers.
• Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and patient management software is advantageous.
• A strong understanding of dermatological treatments, procedures, and technology will distinguish your candidacy.

This full-time position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 95,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
