Southern Health Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse Regional Manager to support and lead correctional healthcare operations across multiple facilities throughout Wisconsin.
This is more than a management position. It is an opportunity to mentor clinical teams, build strong facility partnerships, and influence the quality of patient care on a regional level. You'll serve as a key leader supporting nursing staff, guiding operational success, and helping facilities maintain excellence in correctional healthcare delivery.

With over 30 years of correctional healthcare experience, Southern Health Partners provides the structure, leadership support, and clinical resources needed to help you succeed in regional operations leadership.
What You'll Do
  • Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple jail medical units throughout Wisconsin
  • Mentor, coach, and support on-site nursing and medical teams
  • Partner with Sheriffs, Jail Administrators, and facility leadership to strengthen healthcare operations
  • Assist facilities with staffing support, clinical guidance, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Monitor compliance with nursing standards, policies, and correctional healthcare protocols
  • Support training, onboarding, and development of nursing staff
  • Participate in on-call responsibilities and provide occasional clinical coverage as needed
  • Travel regionally, including occasional overnight stays

What You Bring
  • Current, unrestricted Wisconsin Registered Nurse license
  • Previous nursing leadership or healthcare management experience required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and team development skills
  • Ability to lead confidently across multiple locations and teams
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel throughout the region
  • Correctional healthcare experience preferred, but not required
  • Passion for leadership, mentorship, and operational excellence
