Advanced Correctional Healthcare is seeking an ambitious, organized Marketing Communications Specialist to join our growing company. This position will work closely with company leaders to develop clear, consistent messaging across press releases, social media, website content, print materials, and email communications. The ideal candidate is a creative, self-motivated communicator who can manage content calendars, design engaging print and digital materials, and help strengthen ACH's brand voice across multiple channels.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Work closely with company leaders to develop and maintain a consistent, professional voice for Advanced Correctional Healthcare across digital, print, and internal communication channels.
  • Write, edit, and support the development of press releases, website content, email communications, print materials, social media posts, and other marketing collateral.
  • Ensure all communications reflect the company's brand, mission, values, and professional standards.
  • Create, manage, and maintain social media content calendars across company platforms.
  • Develop engaging, professional social media content that supports brand awareness and organizational initiatives.
  • Monitor social media activity and identify opportunities to strengthen engagement and improve content performance.
  • Manage social media accounts in a professional capacity, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and aligned with company goals.
  • Design visual content for social media, email campaigns, website updates, presentations, print materials, and other marketing needs.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools to create polished, brand-aligned materials.
  • Assist with the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including writing, layout, design, and performance tracking.
  • Help maintain and update company website content to ensure information is current, accurate, and engaging.
  • Support marketing and communication campaigns from concept through completion, including planning, content creation, design, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Track marketing performance metrics, campaign results, and KPI trends to help identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and leadership to gather information, manage approvals, and complete communication projects efficiently.
  • Use project management tools or platforms to organize tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • 3-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proficient in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite required.
  • Must have the ability to analyze marketing data, campaign performance, and KPI trends to help improve marketing efforts.
  • Experience professionally managing social media platforms, developing content calendars, and creating engaging digital content is required (personal social media use does not qualify).
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, professional, and engaging content is required.
  • Strong multitasking, project management, organizational, and time-management skills are required.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, corrections industry, or a marketing agency environment is preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools or platforms is a plus.
  • Design portfolio and writing samples required.
