Job description

W2 Urgent Role

Pay Range - $40 - $55 on W2 Hourly

CNC PROGRAMMER

Advanced Robotics Company | Boston, MA

Help build the next generation of robotic systems that combine AI, advanced controls, and

precision engineering to transform automation at scale.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Program and optimize CNC mills and lathes (2-axis through 5-axis)

Create toolpaths using Mastercam, NX CAM, EdgeCam, or similar software

Design fixtures, jigs, and workholding solutions

Support prototype and production builds

Partner closely with engineering teams on manufacturability improvements

IDEAL BACKGROUND

5+ years of CNC programming experience

Experience with multi-axis machining

Strong CAM programming skills

Ability to read 3D CAD models and drawings

Knowledge of GD&T and machining best practices
