About the Role
We're searching for aCorporate Recruiter with deep experience in Technology recruitingto help scale the teams behind ADT's products, platforms, and digital experiences. You'll partner with Technology and Product leaders to deliver top-tier talent, influence hiring strategy, and elevate the candidate experience-while supporting our mission of creating safe, smart, and secure ways for people to live.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across ADT, including Software Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, IT, Data, and Product
- Build innovative sourcing strategies that help us compete in a fast-moving technology market
