We are seeking an attentive and knowledgeable Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)to assist in ensuring the nursing department provides attentive and efficient care to patients and help oversee the overall operations of our AMAZING skilled nursing facility. The ADON will assist with the planning, organizing, and implementation of nursing procedures and projects as well as ensuring overall compliance.

Qualifications for Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):

  • Active RN license
  • Active CPR certification
  • Proven experience as Charge RN in SNF
  • Understanding of basic budgeting and financial reporting
  • Great knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare
  • Willingness to keep abreast of changing standards in nursing administration
  • Excellent ability to lead and develop personnel
  • Great communication and people skills
  • Outstanding organizational and stress management skills
