The Web Product Management team is responsible for delivering intelligent, data-driven, and personalized experiences across the entire customer journey.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead AI-powered personalization across web for our B2B customers, with a focus on the business audience (business.adobe.com). In this role, you will define and drive the strategy for how Adobe uses AI, machine learning, and real-time data to tailor content, journeys, and messaging to businesses.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the strategy and roadmap for AI-based personalization across Adobe.com for our B2C and B2B customers
  • Define and scale the personalization program, grounded in business strategy and expected outcomes, using behavioral, firmographic, and contextual data
  • Partner with data science and engineering teams to develop and deploy machine learning models for content recommendations, targeting, and journey orchestration
  • Own the outcomes for the B2B web personalization strategy & plan - push back if plans don't align to critical metrics
  • Find opportunities to demonstrate generative AI and automation to dynamically develop and optimize content experiences
  • Translate business goals into clear product requirements, use cases, and measurable metrics
  • Collaborate closely with UX, design, and content teams to deliver cohesive, personalized user journeys
  • Partner with marketing collaborators in the Medium & Large business teams to align on vision, priorities, and outcomes
  • Drive cross-functional planning sessions and influence roadmap decisions across teams
  • Clearly communicate strategy, insights, and results to executives and senior collaborators
What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Experience building or scaling personalization platforms, recommendation systems, or data-driven customer experiences
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including model development lifecycle and experimentation (hands-on data science experience not required, but fluency is important)
  • Proven ability to define and implement data-driven product strategies and roadmaps
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks and optimization methodologies
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with engineering, data science, UX, and marketing teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executive collaborators
  • Ability to own decisions and bring cross-functional groups along to ensure all are aware and understand the outcomes expected
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, advanced degree a plus
Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience with generative AI applications (e.g., content generation, conversational interfaces)
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), real-time decisioning, or marketing automation systems
