Job Title: Sr. QA Tester
Contract Length: 6+ months
Location: REMOTE WORK

Will lead end-to-end website and digital experience optimization initiatives through structured experimentation and data-driven decision making. This role will be responsible for developing testing strategies, defining hypotheses, executing A/B and multivariate tests, analyzing results, and delivering actionable recommendations that improve conversion, engagement, and customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience owning the full experimentation lifecycle, strong analytics capabilities, and the ability to partner with product, UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities


  • Own end-to-end digital experimentation and A/B testing programs
  • Develop testing hypotheses based on customer behavior, analytics, and business objectives
  • Design, execute, monitor, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests
  • Build and interpret test reports using statistical significance methodologies
  • Deliver performance readouts and recommendations based on experiment results
  • Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and engagement metrics to identify optimization opportunities
  • Partner with Product, UX, Engineering, and business teams to implement testing initiatives
  • Develop and maintain experimentation roadmaps and optimization strategies
  • Utilize session replay and digital behavior tools to understand customer interactions
  • Monitor and report on conversion lift, engagement improvements, and funnel performance

Required Qualifications


  • 6+ years of digital experimentation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), or related experience
  • Experience owning end-to-end A/B testing programs
  • Hands-on experience with Optimizely (preferred) or Adobe Target
  • Strong experience with Adobe Analytics
  • Experience building and interpreting test reports using statistical significance
  • Ability to define hypotheses, execute tests, and deliver final performance readouts
  • Experience working with session replay or digital behavior tools such as Glassbox
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience collaborating with Product, UX, and Engineering teams
