Job description

Role: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Data Engineer

Location: Malvern, PA. (Hybrid).

Duration: Long Term

Key responsibilities include:

- Data Integration & Modeling: Designing ingestion pipelines, managing XDM schemas, and ensuring data accuracy across digital properties and enterprise systems.

- Identity & Profile Management: Implementing identity resolution strategies and configuring merge policies for real-time customer profiles.

- Audience Enablement: Building and maintaining audience segments for activation across Adobe and enterprise platforms.

- Platform Integration: Connecting AEP with Adobe Analytics, CJA, Target, and Adobe Journey Optimizer to support consistent reporting and personalization.

- Governance & Operations: Applying data governance labels, monitoring pipeline stability, and ensuring compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform, SQL, and APIs, along with the ability to collaborate across Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
