As part of a community health clinic model, you will engage with patients from a variety of backgrounds in Roseburg, Oregon, ensuring accessible mental health support in a setting that prioritizes holistic, patient-centered care.

• Engage in weekly treatment team meetings, clearly communicating treatment goals to ensure cohesive care. Collaborate with fellow clinicians, providing support in their absence when necessary.
• Conduct utilization reviews and provide essential clinical documentation to insurance providers to secure initial and ongoing authorizations for patient care.
• Be readily accessible to patients and their families, with a commitment to respond to all calls and emails within two hours during business hours, and within 24 hours for after-hours inquiries.
• Coordinate with the Utilization Review Department and Business Department to facilitate authorizations and payment, and ensure seamless collaboration with referral sources and outpatient providers at every phase of patient care.
• Initiate discharge planning upon patient admission, conducting thorough discharge sessions that reaffirm understanding of coping strategies and transition plans before confirming discharge appointments with patients and their families.
• Effectively manage crises, providing real-time support and collaborating with milieu staff to assure high-quality clinical care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records throughout treatment, adhering to a practice of completing documentation at the time of service.
• Build therapeutic relationships with patients and their loved ones, conducting assessments for suicidality and overall safety.
• Administer admission assessments with professionalism, ensuring a welcoming experience for new patients, and actively participate in outreach and program tours as needed.

The patients you'll work with span a broad range of demographics, each presenting unique challenges and requiring individualized support. Our client population includes children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your role is integral in fostering resilience and equipping them with the necessary skills to thrive.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid independent license in the state you reside, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a large caseload effectively while maintaining a high standard of care.
• Experience and proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record systems to streamline health documentation.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in email correspondence, essential for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience in a community health or clinic setting, ideally with a focus on behavioral health.
• A demonstrated passion for impacting lives positively, particularly in the realm of behavioral health.

Compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive salary, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
