Job description

Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Front Desk Administrative Assistant.
Front Desk Administrative Assistant Job Details
Pay Rate: $20.00-$23.00/hr (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Location: Golf Manor, OH
Front Desk Administrative Assistant Requirements/Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, office management, or a similar role.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and financial information.
  • Previous Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) experience preferred.
  • Experience with order entry or order management is a plus.
  • Marketing or email marketing experience is a plus.
  • Manufacturing, printing, bindery, or related industry experience is helpful but not required.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, dependable attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
About the Front Desk Administrative Assistant Role
As a Front Desk Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
  • Greet customers, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
  • Monitor and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate with customers regarding orders, questions, delivery information, and general needs.
  • Enter, process, and track customer orders accurately.
  • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed correctly and on schedule.
  • Prepare and send marketing emails and assist with basic marketing activities.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
  • Enter invoices, process payments, maintain records, and assist with basic account reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate customer and company records.
  • Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as needed.
  • Assist management and other departments with administrative projects.
  • Maintain an organized and professional front office.
  • Handle confidential company and customer information appropriately.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
