Job description

Registered Nurse: Aesthetic Clinique

Location: Santa Rosa Beach, FL

Job Type: Part-Time

Schedule/Availability: Under 30 hours per week. Flexible availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform physical examinations and nonsurgical procedures (such as lasers and IVs). Discuss expected patient outcomes, prepare treatment plans, and manage patients with facial aesthetic needs
  • Some administrative duties such as following up with patients, charting, and meticulous documentation of patient care
  • Leveraging strong organization, communication, and customer service skills with a passion for providing high-quality patient care
  • Working both as a collaborative team member and independently as a solo provider

Requirements:

Licensure & Certifications:

  • Board-certified RN
  • Active and in good standing state license
  • Active BLS or ACLS certification

Clinical Competencies:

  • Ability to safely administer treatments in accordance with state regulations and clinical protocols
  • Knowledge of infection prevention, aseptic technique, and sharps safety
  • Ability to recognize and respond to adverse events and complications associated with aesthetic treatments
  • Knowledge of skin layers and tissue planes
  • Recognition and management of allergic reactions
  • Emergency preparedness and protocol adherence
  • Understanding of contraindications for aesthetic treatments

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ability to maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and company compliance standards
  • Commitment to patient safety, informed consent, and ethical clinical practice

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform repetitive fine motor movements with hands and fingers
  • Ability to safely handle needles, sharps, and medical supplies
  • Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift standard medical aesthetic equipment and inventory

Training & Travel:

  • Occasional travel for training and professional development
