About us

Stone Mart is one of the largest distributors of natural and engineered stone in the Midwest. We have the single largest warehouse in central Ohio for stone slabs. We have 4 locations spanning Columbus, Indianapolis, and Cincinnati.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented person to assist our Indianapolis Branch Manager and HR Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, and be proficient in Google Suite.


Responsibilities:

Answering phone systems

Assist with paperwork, supply ordering, and other assigned tasks.

Assist the HR Manager with posting and monitoring on multiple job boards.

Making initial calls and phone screenings, and scheduling follow up interviews. 

Occasionally working with customers and homeowners on making stone selections. 

Utilize our CRM software to help answer questions, create holds and schedule orders.


Requirements:

Minimum two year experience in office role

Strong communication skills

Efficient and experienced in working with the Google Suite

Strong organizational skills

Strong time management skills
