Location: Adkins, TX 78101 Job Type: Full-Time - On-Site (W-2 Hourly) Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:45 PM (45-minute lunch | 3-day weekend every week) Pay: $18.50 Reports to: Warehouse / Logistics Coordinator

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our growing team. This role is critical for safely moving heavy materials, loading and unloading trucks, organizing the warehouse, and supporting daily logistics operations. If you're experienced, bilingual, and safety-focused, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate forklifts ranging from 6,000 to 35,000 lbs (LP and diesel).
  • Load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, and storage areas.
  • Move, stack, and organize heavy materials in the warehouse and yard.
  • Hook and unhook trailers as needed.
  • Perform pre-operation inspections and report any maintenance issues or damages.
  • Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
  • Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Authorization to work in the United States (valid work permit or status required).
  • Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial environment.
  • Ability to safely maneuver heavy loads and trailers.
  • Valid forklift operator certification preferred (company training available for the right candidate).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and safety-focused mindset.
  • Physical ability to climb on/off forklifts, lift, and move materials as needed.
Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 70 lbs without assistance.
  • Stand, walk, and operate forklifts for extended periods.
