Adjuster Assistant Jobs in Provo, UT (NOW HIRING)

In the role of a claims adjuster trainee, you will acquire the skills necessary to assist customers in getting back on track following an accident. This position is not field-based; instead, you will engage with clients primarily over the phone. In a dynamic setting, you will learn to manage a complete caseload of claims efficiently, overseeing the claims process from initiation to resolution. You will benefit from a supportive team environment and continuous coaching from experienced leaders. Comprehensive training will also be provided on property damage and insurance contracts, enabling you to adjust claims with confidence and independence.

This position is hybrid, requiring you to work in the office for two days as determined by local management, while allowing you the flexibility to choose your work location for the remaining three days, whether at home or in the office, for a duration of 12 months. Following this period, the specific days for in-office attendance for essential meetings, training, and collaboration will depend on business needs. In this hybrid setup, you will receive support from your leaders and seasoned colleagues to foster relationships, build connections, and share valuable practices that contribute to your growth. If you prefer a full-time office environment, you are welcome to work in the office as often as you wish.

• Assess coverage
• Establish liability (determine who is responsible for the damages)
• Conduct interviews with customers, claimants, and witnesses
• Collaborate with appraisers and estimators to oversee vehicle repairs
• Negotiate with clients and other insurance providers to resolve claims

• Three years of relevant work experience OR
• A Bachelor’s degree OR
• Two years of relevant work experience along with an associate degree

• Schedule: During Training: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. After the fourth week, hours will shift to 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Post-Onboarding: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. Hours may vary slightly based on location.
• Location: Positions may be available at any of the locations specified in the application.

• Upon successful completion of training and passing any required assessments, your salary will fall within the range specified in this posting (based on experience). During training, you will receive hourly pay based on your annual salary.
• Annual cash incentive payment through Gainshare of up to 16% of your eligible earnings, contingent on company performance.
