Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team as a contractor! If you are an experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and mental health solutions, we want to hear from you!  

Responsibilities 
  • Perform intake assessments
  • Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
  • Create individualized treatment plans for each client
  • Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
  •  Exceptional ability to communicate effectively, establish rapport, and demonstrate empathy 
  • Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
  • Ability to work independently without supervision 
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills. Must possess and maintain licensure  

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s/master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
  • Current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license
  • Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized
