Job Title: Technology Lead – Azure Data Factory (ADF) / Azure Data Platform(Only w2)

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid – Day 1 Onsite)

Minimum 10+ Years of Experience required.

 

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in Azure Data Platform Operations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks.
  • Experience supporting Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDWH) and Business Intelligence (BI) environments.
  • Strong expertise in Databricks Operations, including monitoring, job failures, and pipeline troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and production issue resolution.
  • Strong experience managing SLA, MTTR, Availability, and operational support.
  • Experience creating and maintaining Runbooks, SOPs, and Operational Documentation.
  • Expertise in Operational Metrics, Reporting, Backlog & Queue Management.
  • Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

 

Nice to Have

  • Healthcare domain experience.
