About the Role
The Manufacturing Engineer III role is responsible for leading process optimization and efficiency improvement initiatives, developing and implementing quality control measures, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance manufacturing processes. This position requires in-depth knowledge of manufacturing technologies and automation, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex projects. In this role, you will lead and manage process optimization and efficiency improvement projects to enhance manufacturing performance. You will develop and implement quality control measures to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry standards. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will identify and implement improvements in manufacturing processes to streamline operations. Utilizing your in-depth knowledge of maintenance strategies and best practices, you will develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans, analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, and recommend corrective actions. By applying reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) principles, you will work to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Additionally, you will lead cross-functional teams in process improvement projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and utilize maintenance management software to track and manage maintenance activities effectively. Your role will also involve providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, fostering their professional growth, and continuously developing and implementing quality control measures to uphold industry standards.

Compensation:
Pay Range:
$109,368.00 - $150,381.00
Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
