What You'll Do:
As a Manufacturing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience working directly in our state-of-the-art manufacturing environment. You'll assist in production processes, assembly, and quality checks, helping to ensure efficient and accurate operations. The internship offers exposure to equipment operation, workflow optimization, and cross-functional teamwork with departments such as Quality, Production Planning, and Engineering.
Throughout the internship, you will learn about manufacturing processes, gain experience with operational systems, and contribute to projects that improve production efficiency and quality. You will develop practical skills in problem-solving, process monitoring, and teamwork, while making meaningful contributions to the day-to-day operations of the facility.
What You'll Need:
  • Currently entering Sophomore year or higher in a related program
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions
  • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and adhere to PPE guidelines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

Compensation:
  • $21-$23 per hour, commensurate with relevant experience and educational background

Work Hours/Length of Program:
  • The internship will run for 12 weeks from May to August
  • Temporary Part/Full Time, targeting 40 hours per week
  • Exact start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules and the needs of the business
  • This is a paid internship

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
This position is based in our manufacturing facility and involves working in a manufacturing environment/general exposure to a manufacturing environment. The environment may involve exposure to noise, temperature fluctuations, or other factors. Employees are required to abide by PPE guidelines when onsite.
  • Regular walking, standing, and some sitting for extended periods
  • May involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching
  • May involve lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to operate and work around machinery safely
  • Successful completion of a drug screening and a physical exam are required for this role
