Our fully equipped shop, large fleet of vehicles with overhead cranes and certified licensed technicians with over 70 years of experience to assist your installation, maintenance, or emergency needs.

Job Description

This is a full-time on the road position, we do service all of New England. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining HVAC systems, pumps, motors, and other mechanical equipment. You will be required to diagnose problems, perform part replacements and carry out necessary repairs. You will work closely with the team to ensure all systems are working efficiently, and perform routine maintenance.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or HVAC engineering
  • Professional certification as a Mechanic or HVAC Technician is prefered
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical equipment including HVAC systems, pumps, and motors
  • Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision and as a team member
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
  • Physical dexterity and stamina to perform tasks and work in confined spaces
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites

*This position requires an on call rotation*
