What you will be doing:
- In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our customers and their Stratasys printers
- Installations, general maintenance, upgrades, preventative maintenance and customer training
- In this dynamic role, you will be the face of Stratasys, which will allow you the opportunity to build ongoing customer relationships
- Traveling regularly to customer sites and working remotely
- This is an essential role at Stratasys
Must Have Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year in a field service/representative role
- 1+ year of hands-on mechanical or electrical experience
- Reliable personal vehicle (no motorcycles/bicycles) with space for tools and equipment
Nice to Have Qualifications:
- 2-year Technical Degree
- Additional year of mechanical/electrical experience
- Experience with Additive Manufacturing, 3D printing, and/or CAD/CAM
- Remote work experience
- Strong customer-facing skills
- Proficient in computer technology

Travel: This position is 100% remote, requiring up to 70-80% daily travel to customer locations
