This position provides the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to deliver therapy from the comfort of your home while maintaining easy access to your colleagues and supervisors through our integrated digital platforms. You will engage in various telehealth sessions, utilizing secure and confidential systems to ensure effective communication and support while adhering to organizational standards in patient care.

• Build and maintain trusting relationships with patients, creating an atmosphere of respect and safety.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans that align with best practices.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, incorporating therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's needs.
• Monitor patient progress through regular consultations, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to meet changing requirements or challenges.
• Implement evidence-based interventions for dual-diagnosis cases, focusing on both mental health issues and substance use disorders.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and external specialists to ensure comprehensive care and support.
• Document clinical outcomes and treatment efficacy through detailed notes in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage with patients in proactive discussions about lifestyle adjustments that encourage recovery and emotional resilience.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and substance abuse disorders. Your expertise will be vital in guiding these patients toward recovery and healthier relationships, both with themselves and with others. The commitment to addressing co-occurring disorders will also play a critical role in your therapy sessions.

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices for the treatment of mental health ailments and addictions.
• Exceptional therapeutic skills and the capacity to inspire and motivate clients through challenging situations.
• Proficient communication skills that foster teamwork and collaboration.

• Specialized training or certifications in addiction counseling and trauma-informed care.
• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with culturally competent therapy practices.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful treatment plans.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package is comprehensive and includes:
