• Establish strong therapeutic rapport with clients, fostering trust and open communication.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and determine appropriate treatment strategies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each patient’s specific needs, circumstances, and goals.
• Facilitate individual and couples therapy sessions, including group therapies when applicable, utilizing evidence-based therapy approaches.
• Regularly review and adapt treatment plans based on ongoing assessments of client progress, making adjustments as needed for optimum outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer clients to additional specialists when necessary for comprehensive care.

Your primary focus will be on patients dealing with mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. You will utilize your skills to design treatment approaches that not only address individual therapeutic needs but also consider the dynamics of family systems, creating a supportive environment for each patient’s journey toward recovery.

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling and knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse treatment.
• Proven therapeutic and counseling skills, demonstrating an ability to effectively motivate and inspire clients.
• Experience employing various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar methodologies.

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes full healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan with company matching, paid time off, holiday pay, and an annual bonus plan. Additionally, new hires will benefit from a signing bonus, and employees working 30 hours per week will receive full compensation for their contributions.
