Support recovery, change lives as a Behavioral Technician Schedule: 12am-8am as needed Are you driven to make a real difference in the lives of individuals recovering from substance use? Join our dedicated team at Compass Health Network, where you'll provide essential support, compassion, and structure to those on the path to healing. As a Behavioral Technician, (Internal title: Addiction Recovery Technician) you’ll play a vital, hands-on role in our inpatient and outpatient substance use treatment programs. You’ll ensure client safety, offer encouragement, and support recovery through daily structure, observation, and compassionate care. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in behavioral health, psychology, or social services — or for anyone who enjoys helping others live healthier, more independent lives.
