The Phoenix Recovery Center, LLC is a comprehensive addiction and mental health treatment center located in South Jordan, Utah. We serve individuals and families through a full continuum of care, including Residential Treatment, Day Treatment (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient (IOP).

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a passionate, compassionate clinician who values high-quality care, teamwork, and authentic connection with clients. Whether you are fully licensed or working toward licensure, we provide onsite supervision and a supportive clinical environment designed to help you grow.

Qualifications
  • Master’s-level clinical degree from an accredited program
  • (CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, LCMHC, LMFT / MFT)
  • Fully licensed or actively working toward licensure in the State of Utah
  • (onsite supervision provided)
  • In good standing with the Utah Department of Professional Licensing (DOPL)
  • Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and heart for the work
Role & Responsibilities
  • Maintain a manageable caseload with direct client care capped at 30 hours per week
  • (weekly staff meetings included in DCC hours)
  • Provide individual and group therapy within our structured, evidence-based programming
  • Utilize and become proficient in The Phoenix’s standardized curriculum
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team
  • Attend and contribute to weekly staff and clinical meetings
  • Support clients in meeting individualized treatment goals and program agreements
  • Practice with empathy, accountability, and integrity
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 DOE (based on licensure and experience)
  • Total Compensation Value: $75,000 – $85,000
  • (If you do not require health benefits, the average benefit cost is added directly to salary)
