What You’ll Do as the Addictions Team Leader:
Duties:
  • Will provide clinical and administrative oversight to a team of addiction therapists.
  • Will be responsible for building and maintaining a cohesive team, hiring and training of new team members, providing oversight of staff billing, clinical documentation and maintaining a budget.
  • Work to build relationship with community partners and organizations; build and inspire a cohesive team promoting efficiency and team work.
Requirements:
  • LCSW/LMFT/LMHC required. LCAC preferred.
  • Requires knowledge of human development and behavior
  • Familiar with treatment modalities and psychological theory Independent judgment
  • An ability to identify alternative actions
  • 3-6 years of addictions and/or supervisory experience.
  • There is a $2000 sign-on bonus for this position (pro-rated by FTE).
