Job description

ย Peninsula Pediatric Therapy, P.C., based in Carmel, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide pediatric therapy services in Hollister.
This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with children (birthโ€“21) with neuromuscular and orthopedic conditions in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • ย Evaluate and treat pediatric patients using appropriate physical therapy techniquesย 
  • ย Develop and implement individualized treatment plansย 
  • ย Provide therapy to improve strength, balance, coordination, posture, and mobilityย 
  • ย Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient careย 
  • ย Educate families and caregivers on home programs and equipment useย 
  • ย Recommend adaptive equipment, orthotics, and positioning strategiesย 
  • ย Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient progressย 
  • ย Assist with discharge planning and referrals as needed
Qualifications
  • ย Current Physical Therapist license in California (in good standing)ย 
  • ย Experience or interest in pediatric physical therapyย 
  • ย Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skillsย 
  • ย Effective communication with patients, families, and team membersย 
  • ย Ability to work independently and as part of a teamย
