About the Role:
Join Adam Richmond Safety Services as a Construction Manager, where you will lead dynamic construction projects in Missouri and possible other states. We are looking for an enthusiastic leader who is passionate about safety and excellence in the construction industry.
Ability to travel Per Diem Available
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Develop project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and costs.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues.
  • Implement effective communication strategies among team members.
  • Prepare and present project reports to management and clients.
  • Foster a culture of safety and teamwork on-site.
Requirements:
  • Solar Experience a must!
  • 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • OSHA certification is a plus.
