Job Description

The Senior Director, Digital Advertising & Partnerships will lead NBCUniversal's digital advertising monetization strategy across Latin America, driving revenue growth through CTV, streaming, programmatic, and emerging digital advertising solutions. This leader will oversee commercial strategy, partnerships, revenue operations, inventory optimization, and digital transformation initiatives while collaborating across sales, finance, product, content, and technology teams to maximize business performance. Weโ€™re looking for an exceptional, results-oriented individual who uniquely combines the interpersonal skills to act as a primary liaison between NBCU and our new, established, and emerging partners with the quantitative skills to analyze and grow the business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Revenue Growth & Monetization

  • Develop and execute digital revenue strategies across LATAM markets.
  • Deliver against digital advertising revenue goals and growth targets.
  • Identify new monetization opportunities across streaming, CTV, and digital platforms.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and strategic partnership development.

Digital Strategy & Product Collaboration

  • Partner with Product and Technology teams to shape the digital advertising roadmap.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and market opportunities.
  • Champion new advertising capabilities and monetization products.

Revenue Operations & Inventory Management

  • Own digital inventory strategy, yield optimization, and revenue management.
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, KPI reporting, and long-range planning activities.
  • Establish scalable processes that improve operational efficiency and revenue performance.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the key liaison between Sales, Finance, Insights, Traffic, Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders to ensure successful execution of business initiatives.

Talent Development & Change Leadership

  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Lead digital capability-building efforts across the organization.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in in digital media, advertising sales, ad technology, streaming, or related industries.or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Deep expertise in CTV, OTT, AVOD, FAST, and streaming monetization models.
  • Understanding of audience targeting, attribution, measurement, and identity solutions.
  • Expertise in programmatic advertising ecosystems, including DSPs, SSPs, private marketplaces, yield management, and ad-tech partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and lead through a matrixed organization.
  • Experience managing forecasting, annual operating plans, long-range planning, and revenue modeling.
  • Understanding of platforms and technologies that support digital content distribution and monetization (e.g. OTT, mobile, DAI, ad serving, measurement, etc.)
  • Uniquely combine quantitative skills needed to analyze the business with interpersonal skills needed to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Direct experience and high comfort level performing real-time business analysis and execution of priority initiatives.
  • Experience in and understanding of the Latin America market.
  • Passion for simplifying complex concepts, defining value propositions, and championing the voice of advertising sales.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive self-starter with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Strong track record of cultivating relationships.
  • Keen attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Systems and tools: Demonstrate an understanding of key ad sales, planning and financial systems (e.g. CRM, NBCU Internal budgeting systems) and tools.
