What is ad posting?

Ad posting is the process of publishing advertisements online, typically on classified ad sites, social media platforms, or forums. Individuals or businesses use ad posting to promote products, services, or job openings to reach a larger audience. Job description

Fortegra is seeking a Finance Transformation & Reporting Analyst to support enterprise-level financial reporting, improve data accuracy, and translate financial results into clear operational insights. This role will partner across the organization and with our parent company, DB Insurance, to meet recurring and ad hoc reporting needs, strengthen reporting processes, and provide timely, reliable information that supports business decisions and executive leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience in public accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, or finance transformation.
  • Demonstrated experience with GAAP, Statutory, IFRS, and/or K-ICS reporting frameworks.
  • Advanced Excel — financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas.
  • Experience with Oracle Financials or comparable ERP platforms.
  • Insurance industry experience preferred.
  • Korean language proficiency a strong plus.

Primary Job Functions:

  • Prepare and own quarterly, annual, and ad hoc financial reports for executive leadership and DB Insurance, ensuring accuracy across GAAP, Statutory, IFRS, and K-ICS frameworks.

  • Lead reconciliation and validation of financial data — applying deep accounting judgment to ensure completeness, integrity, and auditability.

  • Drive automation of recurring reporting deliverables; identify and implement process improvements that strengthen financial controls.

  • Analyze financial trends, variances, and KPIs — translating complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership.

  • Serve as a cross-functional reporting partner across Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Actuarial teams.

  • Own documentation of reporting processes, data definitions, and validation rules; support audit and compliance requirements.

  • Travel as needed to support global reporting responsibilities with DB Insurance.

The above cited duties and responsibilities describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to the job. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all the duties and responsibilities that an incumbent may be expected or asked to perform.

Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reconciliation, and multi-framework reporting.
  • Data analytics fluency — comfortable building and interpreting, dashboards, and large financial datasets.
  • Process improvement mindset — experience automating or redesigning financial workflows.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to synthesize and communicate complex findings.
  • Collaborative and responsive partner who builds effective working relationships across teams to support shared reporting goals.

Additional Information:

  • Full benefit package including medical, dental, life, vision, company paid short/long term disability, 401(k), tuition assistance and more.
  • Fortegra is not accepting unsolicited resumes from search firms for this position.
  • Internal Notice: As part of our commitment to talent development, this position is open for internal promotion applications at the time of public posting.
  • The anticipated salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
