• We are hiring immediately for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR (TRANSPORTATION) position.
• Location: FRESH & READY FG FL - 685 Atlantis Road, Melbourne, FL 32904. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule. Wednesday through Sunday; hours may vary. Further details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous technical or supervisory experience preferred. Must have 1 year of driving a box truck.
• Fixed Pay Rate:  $25.00 per hour.
• Additional Job Duties & Responsibilities: 
  • Operational Leadership
    • Oversee and coordinate the daily work activities of assigned staff to ensure tasks are completed safely, accurately, and on time.
    • Monitor workflow and adjust employee assignments to meet operational demands.
    • Provide real-time problem solving and escalate issues to the Manager when higher‑level intervention is required.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
    • Will assist and oversee the transportation department when the Transportation Manager is scheduled off.
    • Will fill in as driver when needed for coverage or support.

Please note that employees in this role will work in a temperature-controlled environment with exposure to cold conditions for extended periods of time.
