Job description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Medical/Surgical position on the Acute Medicine Unit, requiring AHA BLS certification and a GA or compact RN license.
Job Details
• Acute Medicine Unit within a hospital setting,
• Medical/Surgical patient population,
• 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week, schedule varies 7P-7A,
Job Requirements
• Active GA or compact RN license required,
• Current AHA BLS certification required,
• Minimum of recent years of experience within the specialty required,
Additional Information
• Must be willing to work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve),
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility,
• Returning staff who were previously permanent employees must take a 2 year break before returning as travelers,
• RTO must be requested upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
