Acute Dialysis Rn Jobs in Guam (NOW HIRING)

Location: 133 Route 3, Dededo, GU 96929
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift:

• Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

• Day Shift: 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)

• Travelers are scheduled for one shift (day or night) but must comply if asked to switch.
  Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend
  Block Schedule: TBD by unit needs

Guam Regional Medical City is seeking experienced Emergency Department RNs to join its Level II Trauma team. Candidates must have at least 5 years of emergency nursing experience and be prepared to handle high-acuity cases in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide emergency care for critically ill and injured patients

• Rapidly assess and triage patients based on acuity

• Administer medications, IV fluids, and advanced life support interventions

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to stabilize patients

• Utilize Allscripts/Sunrise for electronic documentation

• Maintain knowledge of emergency protocols, including conscious sedation and ESI training

Experience: Minimum 5 years of ER nursing experience
Certifications Required:

• Compact or Guam RN License (must be in hand at time of submission)

• ACLS

• BLS

• PALS

• NIH Stroke Certification

• Conscious Sedation Certification ($250 cost to be included in the pay package)

• ESI Training ($50 each for two sessions, to be included in the pay package)

First-time Travelers: Not accepted
Floating: Required within scope based on facility needs
On-Call Requirement: Not required

Pay Rate: $60.00$65.00/hour
Overtime: 1.5x after 40 hours/week
Charge Nurse Pay: Additional $5.00/hour
On-Call Pay: $10.00/hour
Call Back Pay: 1.5x
Holiday Pay: 1.5x (Observed holidays include Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, and Labor Day)

Local Candidates: Not accepted
RTO Policy:

• Maximum of 3 consecutive days off

• Maximum of 7 total days off per contract

• All RTO must be pre-approved and included at the time of submission

Vaccination Requirements:

• Flu Vaccine: Required (Medical Exemptions Only)
