Radiant Health Acupuncture Clinic is seeking a dedicated and skilled Acupuncturist to join our team on a full-time basis. Positioned in the heart of Montpelier, Vermont, our clinic focuses on providing exceptional care through Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), integrating acupuncture with other holistic modalities to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Our clinic specializes in various services, including acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, cupping therapy, and lifestyle counseling. This is an onsite role located in our outpatient office, allowing for direct patient interaction in a serene and nurturing atmosphere. As part of a collaborative healthcare team, you will work alongside other practitioners such as physicians, chiropractors, and nutritionists, ensuring comprehensive care for our patients. The clinic operates between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for flexibility within a structured work schedule.

• Conduct detailed patient consultations to evaluate health concerns, gather medical histories, and establish treatment goals.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans utilizing acupuncture, herbal remedies, and other modalities specific to Traditional Chinese Medicine.
• Administer acupuncture sessions, encompassing careful needle insertion, treatment adjustments, and patient education about TCM practices.
• Offer guidance on lifestyle alterations and dietary suggestions that align with TCM principles aimed at long-term health and wellness.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, ensuring coordinated care and comprehensive treatment experiences for patients.
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records, documenting treatment outcomes and ongoing evaluations to track progress.

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population seeking relief from various conditions, including chronic pain, stress, digestive issues, and injuries. Patients who visit our clinic are often looking for integrative solutions to enhance their health holistically. Your ability to communicate empathetically and build strong relationships will be vital in facilitating their healing journey.

• Master's degree in Acupuncture, preferably with a Chinese Herbal Medicine specialization.
• Current certification and valid licensure as an Acupuncturist in Vermont.
• Strong foundation in Traditional Chinese Medicine practices and theories.
• Expertise in acupuncture points, meridian pathways, and various TCM treatment protocols.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster meaningful connections with patients and team members.
• A patient-centered approach exhibiting compassion and understanding to support those in need.
• Dedication to ongoing learning and development in the fields of acupuncture and integrative health.

• Experience in a clinical setting with a focus on holistic health practices.
• Skills in additional therapeutic techniques, such as cupping, moxibustion, or other TCM modalities.
• Prior experience working collaboratively in an integrative healthcare setting is a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
